Panorama Mountain Village boasts a vertical drop of over 4,000 feet, the second highest in Canada, and affords some of the longest continuous runs anywhere.

The skiable terrain covers almost 2,900 acres and is serviced by ten lifts, including two high-speed detachable quad chairs, one fixed grip quad and a village gondola lifting guests from the lower village to the Day Lodge (about a one-minute ride). Commencing Ski Season 2003-2004, the second quad and fixed grip quad have replaced the original Horizon (two-seater) and the Champagne and Summit T-bars, significantly reducing travel time to the Summit from approximately one hour to 25 minutes.

Snowmaking covers 40 percent of the named runs, up to the 3,000 foot vertical level. The 100-plus trails are well groomed so that visitors can enjoy top-notch conditions from mid-December through mid-April.

A full range of services are offered for skiers and snowboarders to ensure a convenient vacation.

Panorama has recently added new gladed black diamond terrain.

Panorama is located about 180 miles from Calgary and 270 miles from Spokane, Wash.
