Taos Millennium Ski Pass
Sad that winter is almost over? Don't be, because you can already plan your next skiing trip this early. Thanks to Taos Ski Valley in New Mexico, you can not only plan ahead but also get great discounts in doing so.
The Taos Ski Valley is offering three new promos in connection to their 50th anniversary:
Millennium Pass – for $500, the Millennium Pass gives you fewer blackout days (only from December 26-31, 2006) and more skiing days. You do not only get 70 days of skiing but an additional three at some of Southern Colorado’s premiere skiing resorts. You can use the pass as soon as possible until the end of the season on April 2, 2006 without counting it against your 70-day pass. Last day of buying the pass is on October 6.
Taos Card – if you think 70 days of skiing is more than you need, you can settle for a Taos Card instead. It is a direct lift card which give you a ten-dollar discount off the daily rate. Aside from that, you can use the lift for free every seventh time you use it. In addition to all those perks, you also get discounts at many different places in Taos Ski Valley, including the Children’s Ski School, Rhoda’s Restaurant and several area lodges. Unlike the Millennium Pass, you can buy the Taos Card anytime.
Taos Full Pass – but if you are planning to go skiing for more than 70 days, take the Taos Full Pass instead. Aside from that, it has even more value added to it. With the Taos Full Pass, you get the following: $5 off single Adult Ski School Group lessons; 15% off entrees, beer and wine at Rhoda's Restaurant; 10% off purchases at Taos Ski & Boot; $10 off ski demos from Taos Ski & Boot; $10 off full ski tunes at TSV repair shop (every 7th tune free); $150 flat rate Ski Week any time during the season; and free summer lift rides.
To get the application form for any of the passes or for more information, you can either visit the Taos website at: www.skitaos.org or you can call the main administrative offices at 505.776.2291.
